Males aged 10–40, grouped into four cohorts: The Cubs (10–15), Apprentices (16–21), Knights (22–30), and Sovereigns (31–40) — each with its own curriculum, facilitators, and cohort culture.
The Academy is values-driven, not denominationally aligned. Our curriculum is built on universal principles of character, integrity, and excellence. We partner with faith institutions and the content naturally resonates with faith-based values — but we welcome young men from all backgrounds, and the programme is not a theology course.

Placement is based on current age, with some flexibility based on maturity and assessment during onboarding.
Yes — participants progress through certification levels as they complete each tier's requirements, not strictly by age alone.
The cohort-based programme runs over one academic term (approximately 12–14 weeks). The Sovereign Man Intensive is delivered over 2–5 days. Institutional partnerships are typically annual, with ongoing renewal. One-on-one mentorship is contracted on a quarterly basis. Many participants progress through multiple cohorts as they move through life stages.
Pricing varies by programme type, cohort size, and location. Individual enrolment, family packages, institutional licensing, and corporate workshop pricing are all available. Senior Sovereign Man mentors matched to your specific life stage, challenges, and formation goals for regular one-on-one sessions. All facilitators complete the Sovereign Man Facilitator Certification — formation training, curriculum familiarisation, facilitation skills, and supervised delivery practice — before deployment.
A structured certification process covering formation training, curriculum familiarisation, facilitation skills development, and supervised delivery practice. Facilitators are also required to be active members of a Sovereign Man community themselves — you cannot give what you have not received. Ongoing facilitator development is provided annually.

Absolutely. Many of our school partners are administered by women leaders who recognise the need to invest deliberately in their male students. Our partnership model works seamlessly with mixed leadership structures. The programme is for males, but the institutions delivering it need not be exclusively male-led.
Yes. While the Academy is rooted in the Nigerian and West African context, the Sovereign Man System is designed to be adaptable, with provisions for institutional licensing that allow trained facilitators to deliver the programme in other African countries and in diaspora communities globally.
